3. If you are using Google Chrome browser Watch this Video or simply press CTRL + SHIFT + Delete Keyboard shortcut to access the delete cookies option tab.
4. If you are using any version of Mozilla Firefox browser Watch this Video or simply press CTRL + SHIFT + Delete Keyboard shortcut to access the delete cookies option tab.

Step 2
Once you cleared all cookies of the browser, now open the product url you wish to purchase (the url you saved before clearing the cookies). Find the download link in our website as shown in the screenshot.
Now you will get lightbox window (as shown below) contains the product Download Now button. Before to click on the download button, make sure that you have already cleared your browser cookies.
